PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EMERGENCIES

During our management hours of 8.30am- 6pm Monday – Friday you should report any issues to our office on 020 8892 3343 and/or lettings@mywebsters.co.uk  

Outside of these hours all emergencies should be reported to Property Rescue Services on 07976 806192 and/or alex.perks@proprescue.co.uk

If a contractor attends and the situation is not deemed an emergency or the contractor cannot gain access, all associated invoices will be payable by the Tenant.

For non-emergency matters we will respond when the office re-opens. 

Please refer your welcome pack for clarity on what is actually deemed an emergency.
